Monday, April 13th-A Greater System Was Always There
Summary
Abraham, the father of everything the people trusted in, meets Melchizedek and responds with honor, giving, and submission. That moment was not isolated. It represented an entire system bowing down to something greater. That means the priesthood they trusted in was never the highest. There was always something greater that existed before them. This is what prepares our hearts to understand Jesus. He did not come to improve their system. He came from something higher. The call is not just to understand that. It is to recognize it.

I want to live in alignment with what is true and in Your will for me, not just what is familiar.

Tuesday, April 14th-The Anchor of the Soul
Summary
There is something in all of us that looks for stability. We want something we can hold onto that will not move when everything else does. The problem is not the desire for an anchor. The problem is what we choose to anchor ourselves to. What once felt solid no longer holds the same weight. Jesus is the anchor of the soul. Not a suggestion. Not an addition. The anchor. If Christ is not the weightiest thing in your life, you will drift. Drifting is not always dramatic. It is slow, quiet, and often unnoticed until you are far from where you should be. You do not need inspiration. You need to get anchored in Christ Jesus.

Wednesday, April 15th-You Don’t Need a Better Priest
Summary
No priest lasted forever. No priest was without flaw. But Jesus Christ is not a part of that system. He comes from a priesthood that existed before the law and continues forever. He is established by God. He does not step in temporarily. He remains consistent. That means He never stops being our priest. He never stops interceding. He never loses position. This changes everything about how we should approach God. We aren’t trying to work our way through layers. We were invited directly in through Him.

Holy Jesus, thank You for being my High Priest. Thank You that I do not have to search for access or earn my way in. Thank You, Lord, for everything You have done in my life, for every provision, for every blessing, for even the things You are doing in the background that I cannot see. You have made a way for me to come directly to God. Please, Holy Lord, help me to live in that reality. I rebuke Satan, and my own flesh, for all that is not of Your will. Please, Lord, remove any mindset that keeps me distant from You and Your word. Please teach me to come boldly, knowing You are always interceding for me.

Thursday, April 16th-A Response That Is Real
Summary
When Abraham encountered greatness, he did not walk away unchanged. He responded, and his response was tangible. Revelation produces a response. If there is no response, then the revelation has not settled. This is not about obligation. It is about honor. We do not give to get blessed. We give because we are blessed. The question is not whether we say Jesus is great. The question is whether there is any real recognition of that in our lives. What we do with what we value most will always reveal what we actually honor.

Summary
It is easy to say that we honor God. It is much harder to see that honor reflected in what we actually do. Tangible actions always point to spiritual reality. What people gave, sacrificed, and prioritized revealed what mattered most to them. Money, time, and attention are not small things. If Jesus is truly great, that greatness will show up in the areas we naturally hold onto the tightest. This is not about proving something to God. It is about revealing what is already in the heart. Where there is no recognition, there is no real honor. And where there is no honor, something else has taken His place.

Saturday, April 18th-Humble Yourself Under Him
Summary
The greater blesses the lesser. We do not come to God as equals. We must come in humility. The struggle for many of us is that we spend our time trying to lift ourselves up. We try to fix, stabilize, and elevate our own lives. But the promise is not found in self-elevation. It is found in surrender. When we humble ourselves under Him, He lifts us up. Not because we earned it, but because that is who He is. The invitation is to stop striving and start submitting. To get under His authority and trust His hand.

Today is not just another day. It is an opportunity to align our lives again under Him and walk into His presence ready to receive.
