Day 1 – Monday, February 9th – Identity Begins When our Surrendering Starts
Summary
Every follower of Christ has a beginning of belonging to Jesus, and that is when we fully surrender to Him. The Lord never saves people without calling them into His obedience and transformation. Baptism isn’t just for display, it is what defines our identities in Christ Jesus. The water from baptism alone cannot save you, but real salvation means being fully submitted to Him and His ways. Following Jesus starts once our sense of self-rule ends. The problem is not understanding that you need to let go of who you were in the past. And that our identities only become strong in the Lord, once we choose to be fully obedient and surrender to Him.

Day 2 – Tuesday, February 10th – There Is No Half In, Half Out, Only Full Immersion
Summary
Biblical baptism always means full immersion. The total wages of sin is equal to death, so as followers of Christ, our cleansing must be total. The Lord never calls us to halfway obedience. He calls us to complete allegiance. For our full submission. For total death to self. We always want to identify with Christ without being fully surrendered to Him. People want to be washed but never fully immersed. Your spiritual life only suffers wherever full immersion is being rejected.

Dear God, When I’m tired and weary, help me remember that my strength comes from You. When I feel like I can’t keep going, remind me that You renew my spirit and give me everything I need for another day. “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)
Help me to lean on Your power instead of my own and to find rest in Your presence. Let Your peace fill my heart and refresh my soul so I can face whatever comes my way with faith and courage. In Jesus name, Amen.

Day 3 – Wednesday, February 11th – Repentance Is The Doorway To Transformation
Summary
Jesus submitted out of love and obedience to the Lord. He affirmed to us that righteousness is fulfilled through surrendering to God’s process fully. Our identities in Christ Jesus starts with repentance. It is that switch in you that refuses to stay the same. Transformation is not optional, but the entry point to your belonging in Christ alone. Jesus, died on the cross a horrible and cruel death, for our salvation and grace. What is stopping you from fully accepting what He has done for You on the cross.

Day 4 – Thursday, February 12th-Putting On Christ Means Becoming Someone New
Summary
The very first type of baptism that every follower of Christ must receive is a baptism into Christ. It’s a supernatural transformation where the spirit of God enters and makes us completely new creations. Transformation is essential for everybody. Before anybody changes anything on the outside, it is important that we are first truly immersed in Christ Jesus before anything else. Being baptized in water means nothing. But to be baptized into Christ is to put on Christ. When who you once were, is dead, and who you are now lives in the light. Once lost, but now found.

Dear God, Help me to walk through this day with a clear and focused mind. When thoughts that don’t honor You pass through, help me take them captive and replace them with Your truth. Teach me to recognize what comes from You and what doesn’t, and give me strength to reject anything that leads me away from peace. “We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” (2 Corinthians 10:5)
Help Your Word dwell deeply in my heart and mind so it shapes everything I think, say, and do. Let my thoughts align with Your truth and my life reflect Your wisdom, love, and power today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Day 5 – Friday, February 13th-Public Obedience, Visible Allegiance
Summary
The baptism of water is true inner conversion, as you are visibly submitting to Him. Being put in baptism water doesn’t save you, but refusing to do it, is also you refusing to publicly identify as a follower of Christ. Getting baptized was never once about getting wet, but about dying to your old self and living differently. When you have been baptized, it shows what a true visible transformation of Christ looks like. When you are publicly obedient, your identity in Christ is strengthened.

Dear God, Thank You that You are with me through the ups and the downs. Because of You, I can face tomorrow with hope and today with courage. I don’t have to walk in fear, for Your presence surrounds me. Thank You that I can come boldly before the throne of grace, knowing You care for me and hear my prayers. “Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16)
Because of You, I can walk in peace and strength. Even when life feels uncertain, Your promises hold me steady. Help me keep my eyes on You, trust in Your faithfulness, and rest in the assurance that I am never alone. In Jesus name, Amen.

Day 6 – Saturday, February 14th-A Life Reshaped by the Holy Spirit
Summary
The baptism of the Holy Spirit is not about chasing spiritual gifts, but about the permanent indwelling of the Holy Spirit that produces change. Jesus fulfilled scripture, so that the Holy Spirit may empower us and dwell within His believers. So we could live out what we could never do on our own. When your wants and desires shift, that is when true obedience deepens. How the spirit is revealed to us is by the transformation that is being made in you over time. When we turn and walk away from the world and sin, is when the Holy Spirit’s works are visible in us.

Dear God, When I’m faced with many decisions and unsure what to do, help me to slow down and seek Your wisdom above all else. Make Your will clear and guide my steps with peace. Give me discernment to recognize Your leading and courage to follow wherever You direct. “In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:6)
As I make countless choices throughout the day, help me to keep You at the center of every one. Let each decision reflect faith, humility, and obedience. Remind me that when I walk with You, I’m never lost—you are faithful to lead me exactly where I need to go. In Jesus name, Amen.

Day 7 – Sunday, February 15th-Dying to Self, Means Walking in New Life
Summary
The last baptism is the baptism into Christ’s death. It’s when we deny ourselves and our flesh daily, to walk in a new life. Real followers of Christ walk in the new ways of their old and dead lives. The death Christ bore on the cross was not just sad, but also a sign of hope and redemption for us. Come to church today with a ready heart to worship Him and all He has done for you. Your attendance matters, and it is participation in a life that has died and risen with Christ Jesus.

Dear God, Thank You for the breath in my lungs and the gift of another day. When stress or doubt tries to take over, help me lean into Your peace and remember that I don’t have to carry everything on my own. Remind me that Your love steadies my heart and gives me strength for what’s ahead. “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.” (Psalm 28:7 NIV)
Help me walk with courage and compassion, showing patience when I’m tested and love when it’s not easy. Let my choices reflect trust in You, and may Your presence guide me in every step I take today. In Jesus name, Amen.
