Purpose In The Problem – Monday, March 2nd
Summary
Jesus redirected the conversation from blame to purpose. That changes everything. Not all suffering is punishment. Sometimes it is preparation. Sometimes what feels like a closed door is actually an opening for God to show His power. The man’s blindness was not random, and it was not meaningless. It was strategically placed into God’s sovereign plan. The way to a miracle is through the mud, and in some cases, the mud begins with a problem we never chose for ourselves.

Prayer
Lord Jesus, You see what I often overlook. You see the parts of life that feel broken and confusing. Please forgive the tendency to assume You are punishing me when You are preparing me for Your goodness. Help my heart rest in Your sovereignty. Teach me to trust that nothing is wasted in Your hands. Even what may feel unfair or unexplained can become a display of Your glory, Lord God. Teach me how to stop blaming and start believing that You are still working. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

Tuesday, March 3rd – Obedience Precedes Clarity
Summary
This is not just about a miracle. It is about participation. Jesus did not work alone, and He does not call His people to be spectators. The Light of the World stepped into the darkness and then told the blind man to move. The miracle demanded obedience. The man could have disagreed. He could have asked for more clarity. Instead, he moved. Obedience precedes clarity. That truth cuts against comfort. We want an explanation before action. But God’s Kingdom does not operate that way. When the Sent One sends, the right response is to go and never look back.

Heavenly Father, please forgive my habit of waiting for perfect understanding before fully obeying. Lord God, You have not called us to full explanation. You have called us to faithfulness. Please, Father, give me the courage to move when You say move. Please teach me that clarity often comes after obedience. Holy Father, please help me live as a person who responds quickly to Your voice. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Wednesday, March 4th – Miracle In The Mud
Summary
Jesus made mud. He did not remove the mess first. He used it. God has always worked this way. From the dust of Genesis to the muddy waters in the Jordan, He brings life from unlikely places. The world calls it unclean. God calls it opportunity. If life feels stuck in the mud right now, that does not mean He is absent. It means He is shaping something. What if the mud is not the actual problem? What if the miracle is forming right there? The way to a miracle is through the mud.

Thursday, March 5th – The Walk to Siloam
Summary
Jesus told the man to go wash in the Pool of Siloam. The Sent One sent a blind man to a place called Sent. That is not random. It is a revelation. The man had to walk blind, with mud on his face, through the city. The miracle did not happen at the moment of instruction. It happened on the other side of obedience. That walk to Siloam matters. There are seasons where we feel like we are walking blind, with no visible results. But when the Sent One sends, there is purpose in every step.

Please, Holy Father, guard my heart from quitting halfway to Siloam. Please, Holy King, let my obedience be steady even when the results are not seen. Please, Father, give me endurance for the journey You have made for me. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Friday, March 6th – A Testimony That Speaks
Summary
When the man came back, people did not know what to do with him. Transformation unsettles people. His testimony was not polished. It was just honest. He had not even seen Jesus yet, but he still spoke. That is powerful. A changed life speaks louder than perfection. When Jesus works, it is evident. The miracle in the mud becomes a testimony in our transformation.

Holy Lord, thank You for the ways that You have brought sight where there was blindness. Please, Lord God, give me boldness to speak simply and honestly about what You have done on the cross and in my life. Please, Holy King, remove the fear of how others may respond to my faith. Let my life become a living sermon that points back to You and Your goodness to me, Holy Father. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Saturday, March 7th-Do Not Despise the Mud
Summary
The blind man’s story did not end at the pool. It carried into public life. This is a good opportunity to prepare your heart again before service. Do not despise the mud. Do not discount your walk of faith. Do not downplay obedience. Gathering for worship is not routine; it is a chance to come together as people who have been walking through the mud and finding miracles within it. Your preparation matters. Your expectations matter. Come ready for the Word, and come grateful for the work that has already been done this week.

Please, Lord God, let this Sunday not be casual but intentional. Please shape us this day as people who respond quickly to Your voice. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Sunday, March 8th – From Mud to Sight
Summary
It is not just another Sunday. It is another opportunity to meet the Light of the World, the Lamb that was slain. A man once walked blind, obeyed, washed, and then came back seeing. Our Way Maker, Miracle Worker, Light in the Darkness, Jesus still works the same today. Some of us are still walking through the mud. Some are already seeing clearly and learning how to speak. Wherever your place may be, do not stay home spiritually. Show up today, and surrender. The way to a miracle is through the mud, and gathered worship reminds us that none of us are walking alone.
