Pastors Matt and Crystal Krachunis
Lead Pastors Pastors Matt and Crystal are encouraging accessible people. He is a US Army Veteran and holds degrees in Biblical Studies, Psychology, Youth Ministry and Christian Education. Pastor Crystal is a engaging woman of the Lord. She has a love for God and a love for people. She leads our Women's Fellowship and Bible Study and ministers to the women of the church. Pastors Jason and Shelly Alexander
Associate Pastors Pastors Jay and Shelly are both leaders and humble servants of God.  Pastor Jay as well as being an associate Pastor is also part of the Redmond Fire Department.  Pastor Shelly supports the women of our church and also coordinates our yearly events.  Make sure you get to know these wonderful people as you visit Faith and Victory Church.  

Pastors Todd and Aubrey Sommer
Executive/Administration Pastors.   Pastors Todd and Aubrey are wonderful pepole who bring thier love of each other and life to the church.   In addition to coordinating small groups these Pastors also support the mission of the church in pastoral care, adminstration, and leadership.  If it happens behind the scenes Pastors Todd and Aubrey are probably involved.

Pastors Jeremy and Brittney Ellis
Youth Pastors Pastors Jeremy and Brittney have a heart for the youth in the City of Auburn!  They coordinate and run our Revolution Youth program  and and also organize youth events throughout the year including CreationFest.  Pastors Jeremy and Brittney passionately believe that all youth matter to God, so they love them like He does! 

Emily Garrett
Worship Leader Emily is a passionate woman of God who loves to lead people into the spirit of Worship! She is a gifted leader and person who loves to serve the Lord. Her husband Ryan plays bass for the worship band as they serve the Lord together in this ministry to the church. 

Amber Webster
Children's Ministry Amber is a gifted minister to our Children. She serves our church and our children with passion and enthusiasm. Amber and her Husband Michael have 2 beautiful girls
