Matt Krachunis
Senior Pastor/Elder. Pastor Matt is an encouraging accessible man. He is a US Army Veteran and holds degrees in Biblical Studies, Psychology, Youth Ministry and Christian Education. He and his wife Crystal have been married since 1998 and have 2 children.

Women's Pastor. Pastor Crystal is a engaging woman of the Lord. She has a love for God and a love for people. She leads our Women's Fellowship and Bible Study on Tuesday Mornings. If you're a woman, this is the woman you want praying for you!

Shelly Alexander
Children's Ministry Director. Shelly is a former teacher who uses her love for children to impact the Kingdom of God. She has a heart for the children of Faith and Victory and wants to help your children grow in their relationship with the Lord. Shelly is married to Jay Alexander.

Jeremy and Brittney Ellis
Youth Leaders. Jeremy and Brittney have a heart for the youth in the City of Auburn! Married with two wonderful kids, Jeremy and Brittney, passionately believe that all youth matter to God so they love them like He does! Jeremy is a great preacher who also serves as a guitarist on the worship team.

Emily Garrett
Worship Leader. Emily is a passionate woman of God who loves to lead people into the spirit of Worship! She is a gifted leader and person who loves to serve the Lord. Her husband Ryan plays bass for the worship band as they serve the Lord together in this ministry to the church.

Jason Alexander
Elder/Associate Pastor- Jason serves as an Elder and Associate Pastor of Faith and Victory Church. He is firefighter by trade and a veteran US Marine.  Jason is an intelligent loving man who has a passion for preaching and helping people in their relationship with the Lord. He and Shelly have been married since 1997 and have 2 children.

Kevin Hudspeth
Elder/Bible Study Leader. Brother Kevin serves as an Elder/Director of Faith and Victory Church. Kevin is passionate about people getting to know the Lord and serve in the church. Kevin is involved with our community outreach programs and men's bible study and is married to his wonderful wife Wendi of 20 years. They have 3 daughters .

Kasey and Jenn Maiorca
Financial Peace University. Kasey and Jenn believe that God's people should have financial peace. They serve the people of FVC and the community by overseeing and teaching Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. Through their ministry to the church, they have helped God's people dump over 100 thousand (and growing) dollars of debt!

Amber Webster
Extraordinary Event Planner. Amber is a gifted planner of events. She serves the church by organizing and planning fellowship events of the church. Ambers heart to serve enables her love to community through our ministry of food and fellowship and other events throughout the year. Ameber and her Husband Michael have 2 beautiful girls.

Debbie Sperry
People of a "Certain" Age. Debbie works alongside Sylvia Smith organizing and leading our outreach to people who fall within the 40 and up age group. She has a passion to see people of a 'certain' age fellowshipping together in God's grace. daughters .

People of a "Certain" Age. Sylvia works alongside Debbie Sperry loving and serving the people of Faith and Victory. Sylvia's fun-loving personality is a huge part of her ministry to the people of a 'certain' age at Faith and Victory.

James and Sylvia O'Neil Jr.
Small Group Leader James and Sylvia serve the Lord as a Small Group Leader of Faith and Victory Church. They have a love for people and the church that is infectious. James and Sylvia serve wherever they are needed, kids, building, worship. People who meet the O'Neils have made friends for life. They are amazing.

James and Robyn O'Neil III
Small Group Leader. James and Robyn are people who love God with enthusiasm and love. They both love to help people and serve the church. James and Robyn have a passion to see people grow in their relationship with the Lord and knowledge of the Bible. They are great people!

Evan and Crystal Godseff
Small Group Leader Evan and Crystal passionately serve the Lord in the Small Groups ministry. They both love to worship God and see people grow in their relationship with Him. They are both teachers by profession and love to serve in the children's ministry and other areas of the church.

Todd and Aubrey Sommer
Small Group Leader Todd and Aubrey are wonderful people who bring their love of each other and life to the church. They are loving people who desire to see other people join them in pursuing God. They both serve on the worship team and Todd also serves as a liaison with the South Sound Dream Center.

Small Group Leader In addition to all of the other things Jay and Shelly do at the church, they also serve as small group leaders. These two are models of character for the church. They're awesome.
